For physicians who want full representation and contract revisions, in addition to strategy.

Includes everything in the Standard Review, plus:

  • Proposed edits to contract language and clauses

  • Drafting of specific counterpoints or revised terms

  • Direct negotiation or communication with employers (if desired)

  • End-to-end support throughout your negotiation process

Payment Structure

At MDAscend, we believe in transparency and fairness. We understand that every physician’s journey—and every specialty—comes with unique circumstances and compensation structures. Our pricing reflects this understanding.

We tailor our fees based on two key factors:

  1. Career Stage: Whether you are a physician in training (resident or fellow) or an attending physician.

  2. Specialty: Because employment offers and earning potential vary across specialties, we adjust our pricing accordingly.

This ensures that every physician pays a fair rate aligned with their specialty’s market value, while receiving the same high-quality service and expertise from our team.

Fair, data-driven pricing—designed for physicians, by physicians.

To begin your engagement:

  • A 50% deposit is required to initiate services

  • The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of your review or initiation of negotiations

  • Custom packages may follow a milestone or hourly billing structure based on complexity
