We tailor our fees based on two key factors:
Career Stage: Whether you are a physician in training (resident or fellow) or an attending physician.
Specialty: Because employment offers and earning potential vary across specialties, we adjust our pricing accordingly.
This ensures that every physician pays a fair rate aligned with their specialty’s market value, while receiving the same high-quality service and expertise from our team.

To begin your engagement:
A 50% deposit is required to initiate services
The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of your review or initiation of negotiations
Custom packages may follow a milestone or hourly billing structure based on complexity
